For the fourth Anniversary: The Iraq war is illegal

For the fourth anniversary of the fall of Saddam Hussein, hundreds of thousands of Iraqis protested against the illegal occupation. Therefore, I would like to remind all readers that the only legitimate reason for the invasion of US and British troops in Iraq, the UN Resolution 1441 have been. These states must include all of Iraq's weapons of mass destruction or give up "with serious consequences". The United States, Britain and Spain submitted a new resolution at the UN on 24 February 2003. It was alleged that Iraq is in "material breach" So, the resolution 1441 and thus would have broken the UN. But the UN has never been that second resolution. Therefore, the attack on Iraq without a UN mandate place, which is a flagrant violation of international law. And because there will be no weapons of mass destruction found, was not Resolution 1441 by Iraq violated, which is another reason for the illegality of this war.
All I want to remind readers once again that the legal reasons for the Iraq war is not the distance (murder) Saddam Hussein, or the spread of democracy or the "fight terrorism", these grounds were later used as an excuse sort, it was only solely the UN Resolution 1441, where Bush and Blair have knowingly false claims that Iraq had these broken, based on falsified evidence, such as the Niger uranium documents, the presentation of Collin Powell before the UN about mobile chemical labs and the many other lies. Therefore, the whole Iraq war crimes violations and the main actors Bush and Blair have in front of the War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague for the mass murder of over 650,000 Iraqi civilians since the war began responsibility. This is in addition to carrying out a war of aggression on a sovereign country, the removal of a recognized government, the total destruction of infrastructure and all vital facilities, the pillaging of natural resources, the contamination of the entire country with bombs, toxic chemicals and radioactive uranium munitions, and the uprooting , and displacement of millions of refugees from their homeland. This crime on the Iraqi population must stop immediately, all foreign troops leave the country and a massive reparations to be done.
